No percentage commission. Wadini keeps only the service fee listed on each ride product, and drivers see it on every trip.

The price is shown before you book. Receipts list every line, from base fare to service fee.
Safe by default
Every driver file and vehicle is reviewed by a Wadini agent. Calls are masked and trips can be shared live.
Our story
Wadini is run by SOCIETE RIMA TECH SARL, a Chadian company founded in 2026 with its head office in the Goudji district of N'Djamena. Our aim is simple: make everyday travel fair, clear and safe — a fair price for riders, and drivers who keep their fare.
We start in N'Djamena, Moundou, Abéché, Sarh, with cash payments that work for everyone and Moov Money and Airtel Money coming next. Drivers without a car can work with fleet partners under clear agreements, and companies can manage their team's rides in one account.
