1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. Some are essential for the site to work; others are optional and are only used if you agree.

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all optional cookies, refuse them (only essential cookies are kept) or choose by category.
